• Kelly Weiche

  Shop Supervisor

  Kelly is the supervisor in charge of overseeing equipment production. He’s worked at LPP for more than 13 years. In his spare time, he coaches his children’s sports teams and raises Angus cattle with his father and brother. He lives outside Greenleaf, KS with his wife Valerie, and their 2 children.

• Stanton Uffman

  Outside Sales Representative

  Stanton has worked at LPP for 4 years, and he travels all throughout the country, meeting our customers at trade shows. He lives with his wife Jessie and 4 children outside of Greenleaf, KS, and when he's not on the road, he loves farming, raising Red Angus cattle, and helping his children with 4-H projects.

• Dawn Rippe

  Office Manager

  Dawn has worked for LPP for 10 years as the office manager, handling HR, accounting, and numerous other responsibilities. When she’s not working, she helps out on the family farm. While she grew up in the country, she now lives in Linn with her 2 children.

• Kevin Peters

  Sales Representative

  The grandson of LPP founder Emil Peters, Kevin has worked at LPP for 20 years. For most of his career, he’s worked as a sales representative in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. He loves outdoor activities and hunting with his son Chantz, and cooks up great BBQ on the weekends at his home in Linn, where he lives with his wife Yvette.

• Kyle Peters

  General Manager/Company President

  The grandson of LPP Founder Emil Peters, Kyle has worked at LPP for 15 years, and has been the president since Mike Peters retired in 2017. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and athletic coaching, and he lives with his wife Ashley and their 4 kids in Linn.
